Wholesale Account Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The following amendments apply specifically to wholesale accounts at Redwood Mushroom Supply. Any topics not amended in this document are subject to the same terms set forth in the general terms and conditions and policies for Redwood Mushroom Supply.

  1. Eligibility and Account Creation

    • Business Requirements: To create a wholesale account, you must provide a valid business license or proof of business. A resale certificate is required for tax-exempt status and can be submitted via email to contact@redwoodmushroomsupply.com with your account name and email address.

    • Account Creation Process: All applications are subject to review before activation. Approved accounts will be notified and activated for purchasing.

  2. Pricing and Payment Terms

    • Pricing Structure: Pricing is determined by Redwood Mushroom Supply and may change at any time. Minimum purchase requirements may apply to certain products, as indicated on the product page. 

    • Payment Terms: All purchases must be prepaid. We do not offer payment terms for online wholesale accounts.

    • Rewards & Retail-Only Offers: Wholesale accounts are not eligible for retail offers such as bundles and combo kits, and do not qualify for retail rewards programs shown on our website. 
  3. Order Process and Minimums

    • Minimum Order: No minimum order is required, but orders of $700 or more qualify for free shipping.

    • Order Changes and Cancellations: Orders can be canceled or modified before they are fulfilled or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, a new order must be placed, and the original order returned if changes or cancellations are needed.

  4. Shipping and Delivery

    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are a flat rate based on order value, typically 12-15%, with a higher rate for orders under $100. Free shipping is available for orders over $700 to the lower 48 states. Additional charges may apply for freight orders.

    • Delivery Timeframes: Most items are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on location. West coast orders typically ship faster than east coast orders.

    • Shipping Methods: We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight shippers, choosing the best option for your location. If you need to specify a carrier, please contact us.

  5. Returns and Exchanges

    • Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at contact@redwoodmushroomsupply.com with your order number and contact information.

    • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees are charged, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  6. Product Availability and Substitution

    • Out-of-Stock Items: Substitutions are not permitted. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified to either back-order the item or receive a refund.

  7. Termination of Account

    • Termination Conditions: Accounts may be terminated at any time by either party, for specific reasons or at will, with no notice period required.
