Lion’s Mane Mushroom - Feed Your Brain & Body

Lion's Mane is known for its unique, shaggy appearance resembling a white pom-pom. It’s also a rare trifecta: easily cultivated and sought both for health and gourmet uses, with documented cognitive and neurological health benefits and a rich seafood-like flavor often compared to crab or lobster. Naturally, this unique mushroom grows on hardwood trees in temperate forests across the world. Lion’s mane mushrooms are typically ready within 7 to 14 days after fruits first appear.

1. Inject your grow bag with our pre-made liquid culture syringe included with the kit. 
2. Place in a warm dark place to colonize for about 2-3 weeks. 
3. Cut open the bag and place into the secondary fruiting bag to maintain humidity. 
4. Harvest your mushrooms in 7-14 days after fruits appear.
